The Sommar Hus is available from June through August. The rent during June is $1,500 per week. The rent in July and August is $1,800 per week. Rental period is from 4:00 PM on Saturday to 10:00 AM on Saturday. A deposit of 50 percent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due two weeks before occupancy. A security/cleaning deposit of $200.00 is also required when the balance is paid.

The Sommar Hus is available for extended rental during the winter. Inquire about rates.
